These Terms & Conditions govern use of the Hookback missed-call text-back messaging service, operated by AJV Ventures LLC ("AJV Ventures," "we," "us," or "our").
Hookback provides an automated missed-call text-back service for local service businesses. When a call to a client business's phone number goes unanswered, our system sends the caller an automated text message reply on behalf of that business.
By calling a business that uses Hookback, you may receive one automated text message reply regarding that call. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the business. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of further messages at any time, or reply HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
This service is intended solely for transactional replies to inbound missed calls. It is not used to send marketing or promotional messages, and phone numbers are not added to any messaging list except in direct response to a call placed to the business.
The service is provided "as is." AJV Ventures LLC is not liable for delays, non-delivery, or errors in message content arising from carrier networks or other circumstances outside our control.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
